No single route works for everyone. The plural in our name is intentional. Every creative's journey is shaped by their circumstances, interests, and the people they meet along the way.
The best guidance comes from someone who knows you, your work, your goals, and your struggles. That takes a real connection, not a one-time consultation.
Guides should set their own terms. How many Seekers they take, when they are available, whether they charge or volunteer. Their expertise, their rules.
We are not a shortcut. We are a way to find the right person to walk alongside you while you put in the effort it takes to master your craft.

GuildPaths is built by Azure Ravens Studio, an independent creative studio focused on building tools and experiences that serve the game development community. We believe the industry gets better when knowledge flows freely between generations of creators.
We are building GuildPaths because we have been on both sides of this equation. We have been the emerging creators desperately seeking direction, and we have been the experienced professionals wishing there was a better way to give back. This platform is the answer to both of those needs.
